Delivery Policy

At Marjie's Mugs & Gifts, every item is individually made or prepared with care.

Processing times

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1–5 working days.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day or other seasonal events, orders may take a little longer. We recommend ordering early where possible.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Estimated UK delivery times are:

• Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been requested and paid for.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If an order needs to be remade or resent because an incorrect address was provided, additional charges may apply.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it.

Damaged items
