Information collected automatically

Review-invitation link clicks

After your order is sent, we may email you to ask for a review. The review link in that email passes through our website so we can record how many times — and when — it was clicked.

Why: to understand how well our review requests work. We store only a click count and timestamps, linked to your order. We do not store your IP address or any other identifying details for this.

Who we share data with

We only share what is needed to run the shop, and we never sell your data. This can include:

• Our payment provider (to take payment securely)
• Delivery companies (to deliver your order)
• Our email provider (to send order and support emails)
• Our website hosting provider
• Trustpilot, if you choose to leave a review
• Professional advisers or authorities, where required by law

How long we keep it

We keep order and business records for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Personalisation details and photographs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to complete your order and deal with any issue.
