How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. You'll receive an email when your order status is updated.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to more countries in the future!
Can I personalise a mug?
Yes! Many of our mugs offer personalisation options. Look for the "Personalise Your Mug" section on the product page. You can add custom text or upload an image depending on the mug.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes — all of our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe, so they're perfect for everyday use.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@marjiesmugs.co.uk with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, please email us as soon as possible at contact@marjiesmugs.co.uk. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but every order is beautifully packaged with care. If you'd like us to include a small note, mention it in your customisation or drop us an email!
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order page. You can check your order status there at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Do you have discount codes?
We occasionally run promotions and discount codes. Follow us or check the site regularly to catch the latest deals! You can apply a discount code at checkout.
