These terms apply when you use our website or place an order with us.

Products

We sell personalised and non-personalised gifts, including mugs and other printed items.

Each item is individually made or finished by hand. Slight variations in colour, position, finish or appearance may occur. This is part of the handmade and personalised nature of our products and means no two items are exactly identical.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Personalised orders

For personalised products, you are responsible for checking all details before placing your order. This includes names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs, colours, design choices and delivery details.

We will produce your item using the details you provide.

Once a personalised item has gone into production, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order.

Customer photographs and artwork

If you upload or send us a photograph, image, logo, wording or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it and allow us to print it.

You must not provide images or wording that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or any other rights belonging to another person or business.

You must also have permission from any person shown in a photograph, especially where the image includes children or private individuals.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we consider offensive, abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or unsuitable.

Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product at the price shown.

We will confirm your order by email. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there has been an obvious error in price, description, availability or personalisation details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Payment must be made before an order is processed.

Prices include VAT where applicable. If we are not VAT registered, VAT will not be charged separately.

Delivery

Delivery details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the timescale shown, but delivery times are estimates unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, reprint or refund.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, severe weather, strikes, supplier issues, technical problems or other unexpected events.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Website content

We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be free from errors.

We may update product details, prices, policies and website content from time to time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
